- Secures your investment in critical technology. Should a release event occur, Norsk Tillitsmann will release the source code and you are no longer dependent upon the software supplier.
If standard software is being sold to several customers, you may want to use our group escrow agreements. Each customer may then join in gradually.
Our standard prices (ex VAT) are:
- Start up fee standard escrow agreements NOK 15,000 plus NOK 5,000 annually.
- Start up fee group escrow agreements NOK 25,000 and thereafter NOK 4,000 pr each sub agreement.
We simplify and secure transactions by holding in escrow i.a. bank accounts, securities and security documents.
